We offer mentoring packages for new employees working in the field of functional safety. Your employees are paired with an experienced coach for everyday matters related to functional safety. After a one-day training, we will schedule a fixed time for additional support.<\/p>\n

Functional safety is often neglected in a traditional academic setting.<\/p>\n

Automotive engineering and functional safety? Does your employee need to implement functional safety eight hours a day for their next project, but they don\u2019t yet have a focus?<\/p>\n

We can help you prepare newer engineers with a background in hardware or software in particular to become functional safety managers.<\/p>\n

In addition to working with technical safety concepts, functional safety managers also know how to say \u201cno\u201d and confidently interpret the requirements of various standards \u2013 both in dealings with customers and with the internal development and management staff.<\/p>\n

We give your future functional safety manager fundamental standards training because smaller companies typically lack the human resources needed to regularly exchange information or discuss critical situations. Our mentoring program uses tried-and-tested methods that make it easier for your employees to become acquainted with ISO 26262.<\/p>\n

In our experience, it takes 12 months to firmly grasp the standard and implement it confidently in the working environment.<\/p>\n
